Iconic Resourcing Accountancy & Finance Division are proud to be partnering with a highly successful organisation in North Lanarkshire as they seek to appoint a Payroll Administrator on a full-time, permanent & on-site basis.

Reporting into the Global Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a small but growing payroll function. Key duties will surround:
- Oversee and administer the complete payroll cycle for employees in the UK and across the EU, taking responsibility for managing the entire weekly payroll process. This involves ensuring timely processing of all statutory reports such as P11D's, PAYE/NIC, FPS, and Deductions
- Guaranteeing accurate and punctual payment of weekly wages and monthly salaries in accordance with monthly payroll deadlines and auto-enrolment requirements
- Addressing payroll, pension, and HMRC inquiries from key stakeholders both within and outside the organisation
- Collaborating with HR and Operations teams to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies
- Remain updated on changes in payroll regulations and actively contribute to enhancing payroll processes
- Adhoc duties as required
To be successful in this role, the following experience is required:
- Proven track record in roles such as Payroll Assistant/Administrator, with prior experience in managing UK payroll (EU payroll processing experience would be advantageous)
- Proficiency in using payroll software and adeptness with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Understanding of laws and regulations governing payroll processes
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
- Effective communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Capacity to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
