Payroll Administrator (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: On-site
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to join a fast-paced and evolving organisation, following a recent period of change and internal movement within the team.
This role will support the delivery of a monthly payroll, working within a busy environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support payroll processing, including calculations for overtime, adjustments and variations
- Handle a high volume of employee payroll queries
- Work to a structured 2-week payroll cycle in a deadline-driven environment
- Liaise with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Contribute to ongoing system improvements and process enhancements
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment and able to hit the ground running
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive and keen to contribute to process improvements
