Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a leading independent property consultancy to recruit an Administrator/Assistant who will form part of a small team with a supportive Manager who will help nurture and develop your HR experience.
Working mainly out of their Head Office based in Stirling (hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, the HR Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the overall functioning of the department working closely with the HR Manager and other key stakeholders to provide seamless administrative support across all areas of the business.
Day to day you will be involved in the upkeep of all HR systems, maintaining employee records, running adhoc management information reports, interpreting data, coordinating all recruitment administration from advertising vacancies to arranging interviews, assisting with onboarding of new hires as well as the drafting of any HR documentation and correspondence, ensuring all changes are processed accurately on the internal system.
As well as this, you will act as a key point of contact and respond to queries from colleagues in relation to policies and procedures. You will update and maintain their payroll system which will include any contractual changes, holidays, or absences. You will also be tasked to support on annual performance reviews, administering the annual employee surveys and assisting on internal and external training from researching providers, booking and organising times and dates and collating the feedback after all training events.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced HR administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment. You will have the ability to review processes and suggest improvements as well as work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritise under pressure. A strong knowledge of HRIS and/or payroll systems would be beneficial however full training will be provided. A full driving licence is also required as there will be some travel to other sites required on an adhoc basis.
