Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be working exclusively with Galbraith, a leading independent property consultancy who have a newly created role for a People & Culture Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis at their office in Stirling (Hybrid).  Galbraith have offices across Scotland and Northern England with over 200 employees covering Residential Sales & Lettings, Building Surveying, Rural, Forestry, Commercial & Natural Capital.

The Role

Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, you will support with the overall functioning of the department, providing first class business-minded administrative support across all areas of people and culture. You will ensure upkeep of the internal HR system, maintaining all employee records, assisting with the maintenance of people policies and procedures are well as being the first point of contact for the HR mailbox, dealing with day-to-day employee queries.

You will also support with recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including processing all relevant paperwork from advertisement through to contract and then process any leaver information, including the arrangement of exit interviews and recording of exit questionnaires, holiday entitlement and all other leaver actions.

Alongside this, you will oversee the recording of monthly payroll changes to include contract changes, holidays and/or absences. You will run monthly  reports, help to support in administering the annual employee survey as well as the bi-annual performance review process to include recording returns and reporting on completion rates. You will also assist with researching training providers for external training, booking, organising, and collating feedback thereafter. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in the delivery of the Health & Wellbeing strategy.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking applications from candidates who have previous experience working as an HR Administrator and/or HR Assistant. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to engage and work with both employee and Partners at all levels of the business. You will have a flexible and resilient approach to work with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. You will have meticulous attention to detail and be able to work both as a team player but also comfortable working to your own initiative.

You will have strong knowledge of various digital platforms to include all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint), as well as experience of using an integrated HR & Payroll system (preferably CIPHR), although full training will be given. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or have a willingness to work towards, which Galbraith are happy to support with.

Please note, a full driving licence is required as there will be some travel across offices when required (car parking available on site at Stirling).

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of £24,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience plus additional benefits including pension, competitive holiday allowance and membership to Perkbox to name a few. . This role is offered on a Hybrid Working Arrangement with full details to be discussed with candidates at interview.
