People Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR professional who has operated either at Senior Advisor/Business Partner level and who is looking for a new and exciting challenge? Do you want to help shape the future of People and Culture within a well-regarded, UK wide organisation with stylish offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow? If so, I have an opportunity to join a professional services business on a 12 month FTC basis with an immediate start available.
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who thrives on building effective relationships with different stakeholder groups to ensure their people priorities are being met. You will partner with assigned business leaders to deliver guidance and expertise in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management, organisational development and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business leaders to align People Engagement strategies with overall business objectives.

Be the go-to expert in talent management, employee relations, performance management, organisational development, talent acquisition, and reward.

Provide individualised support to business leaders, tailoring People Engagement solutions to their specific needs.

Ensure seamless integration of People Engagement practices into daily operations.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of HR best practices and industry trends to drive positive outcomes for the firm.
Who we are looking for:

Demonstratable experience of being a HR Generalist, ideally within a professional services environment

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations

Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels
