People Business Partner
Glasgow City Centre
Hybrid | Full‑time
Competitive Salary + Benefits
We’re delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced People Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety, influence and the chance to shape a positive employee experience.
Our client is seeking someone who can build strong relationships with leaders and provide clear, practical HR advice across a broad remit. The role covers employee relations, organisational change, policy development, reporting, payroll oversight and wider people initiatives. You’ll support the ongoing development of HR practices while contributing to a forward‑thinking, inclusive culture.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex ER matters, solid knowledge of UK employment law, and confidence advising leaders. You’ll be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on delivery, using people data to inform decisions, and identifying opportunities to improve processes. CIPD membership (or working towards it) is advantageous.
This is a fantastic chance to join an organisation that values collaboration, continuous improvement and great employee experience. You’ll work with a supportive People & Culture team, enjoy hybrid working, and have the opportunity to influence meaningful people initiatives.
If you’re an HR professional looking for your next step as a People Business Partner, we’d love to speak with you.
