People Manager - Interim

We are working with a Lanarkshire based organisation who require a People Manager to work as part of their Senior Operations team on an interim basis for circa 2-3 months.
We are looking for someone who has broad generalist HR experience to cover talent management, recruitment, employee relations and L&D and who has operated at either HRBP or HR Manager level. You will have experience of implementing HR strategy, writing policies and practices as well as experience working in a fast paced environment, such as manufacturing, FMCG and/or logistics.
You will be immediately available and happy to work on-site!
