£50,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

Iconic Resourcing HR are seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to join our client in Glasgow. The purpose of the People Operations Manager is to lead a successful shared first-line support function across the 3 strands of People - Resourcing, HR and Learning & Development – to positively impact the Group People Strategy by driving informed, strategic decision-making across the business. The People Operations Manager will drive critical alignment and improvements within the People Services function, emphasizing a 'one team' ethos for exemplary first-line support across the employee lifecycle.
Day to day you will be;

Collaborating with the People Leadership Team to ensure effective delivery of the People strategy, providing transactional support to HR & Resourcing.

Leading initiatives to introduce and improve People processes, working collaboratively with other group service teams, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Project Support teams.

Setting and reviewing high standards for the People Operations Team, including KPIs and SLAs, fostering task and knowledge champions' capabilities.

Acting as a point of call for the People Operations team to provide knowledge and information relating to HR related queries. • Regularly review the People team’s systems and software (COINSHR, Onboarding Portal, Power BI, Sharepoint, Controlled document library, shared drive) to improve data performance
To be successful in the role, you will have the following;

Previous experience within a People Operations Management role (experience in a shared service environment would be beneficial)

Experience of working in a complex and fast paced industry

Proven ability to create and roll-out Service Level Agreements, measured by KPIs.

Excellent knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and the employee lifecycle.

Experience in change management, transformation, and cost/benefit analysis.
