Responsibilities
- Answer incoming enquiries from clients and other stakeholders.
- Assessing the validity of claims by means of undertaking investigatory research.
- Summarising legal documents and checking documents for accuracy.
- Preparing correspondence.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, declarations, and form complaints.
What the firm are looking for
- Paralegal experience within personal injury or civil litigation.
- High degree of emotional intelligence.
- Team player.
