Iconic Resourcing is recruiting a qualified solicitor with NQ to four years’ PQE to join a thriving a general Personal Injury Litigation team based in Kirkcaldy, Fife. This is a full-time, permanent role, and you could be the ideal candidate to make an impact.
The Role:
Located in the heart of Kirkcaldy, the office is conveniently situated near the sheriff court and just steps away from the pedestrian precinct. The office is easily accessible from the train station, only a five-minute walk, with two car parks nearby. The firm offers a flexible hybrid working policy, so you won’t be required to work in the office five days a week, providing you with work-life balance and flexibility.
As part of this firm’s personal injury team, you will be working with clients affected by:
- Motorcycle accident claims
- Road traffic accident claims
- Accident at work claims
- Fatal accidents
- Occupiers’ liability cases
Beyond securing rightful compensation, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. Your empathy, guidance, and professionalism will help them find closure and peace of mind.

We are seeking:
- An enthusiastic solicitor with strong, client-focused litigation skills.
- Experience in personal injury law, civil litigation or looking to transition from commercial litigation to an area where you can make a tangible difference.
- An individual who has a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to show empathy and provide support to clients in distressing circumstances.
- The ability to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with a team to handle more complex cases.
