What you’ll do
You’ll lead a diverse portfolio of private clients, advising on a wide range of personal tax matters including succession planning, estate structuring, trusts, and complex compliance. You’ll act as a trusted adviser, building long-term relationships and delivering commercially focused, tailored solutions.
Alongside managing your own clients, you’ll support the wider growth of the team through business development, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening relationships across the firm and external networks. You’ll also play a key role in developing junior colleagues, providing guidance and helping to build the next generation of talent within the team.
What you’ll need
• CTA, ACA or equivalent qualified
• Significant experience in private client tax within a practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge across personal tax, trusts and succession planning
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
• Experience leading teams and developing junior staff
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
• Ambition to progress towards Partner level
