We’re working with a well-established business to recruit a QA Administrator to join their Quality team. This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in keeping systems running smoothly and ensuring customer standards are met.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting the Quality team with documentation, records and controlled systems

Managing and logging customer complaints, making sure issues are followed through and resolved

Assisting with investigations, data analysis and quality-related activities
-
Working closely with colleagues across the business to support audits and quality processes

Keeping records accurate, up to date and compliant with internal and external standards
What we’re looking for

Previous experience in administration, customer service, quality or complaints handling

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

Someone who can work well as part of a team but is confident managing their own workload

Naturally curious, organised and methodical in how they approach tasks
