I am keen to speak with an ambitious Real Estate Solicitors who are seeking the opportunity to join a growing Real Estate division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with prestigious clients, handle challenging tasks, and develop expertise in providing exceptional legal services within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and finalise leases and lease management documents for both landlords and tenants.
- Negotiate property purchase and sale contracts, conducting due diligence on title and reporting findings to clients.
- Draft, negotiate, and agree on servitudes, wayleaves, and other documents related to third-party rights affecting landholdings.
- Contribute positively to other teams within the Real Estate Division.
- Support business development initiatives, events, and internal seminar programs.
- Manage workload efficiently to achieve client satisfaction and firm objectives.
- Proactively handle financial aspects of matters, including accurate time recording and prompt feeing.
- Manage personal technical learning and actively contribute to knowledge exchange within the team/division.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years PQE with relevant commercial real estate experience.
Person Specification:
- Excellent communication skills with clarity and conciseness.
- Team player comfortable working independently.
- Personable with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in one's abilities and a commitment to providing an exceptional client experience.
- Willingness to invest extra time and effort when required.
