Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering once again with Wallace White, a respected independent accountancy practice in Glasgow. We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join their welcoming, collaborative team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to become the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also providing essential administrative support across the office.
As Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience, while also providing essential administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Prepare teas, coffees, and lunches for meetings when required
• Set up and reset boardrooms for meetings
• Scan, file, and maintain accurate records
• Support client administration, including ID verification and government gateway access requests
• Bank cheques on behalf of the business and clients
• Manage office supplies, stationery orders, keys, and general office coordination
About You:
• Previous reception or front-of-house experience
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail
• Confident in managing calls and client interactions professionally
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Proactive, hands-on approach to supporting a team
• Enjoys working in a structured, office-based environment
