I am supporting my client to hire a confident, people‑focused Recruitment Coordinator who loves owning the recruitment process and keeping everything moving in the right direction.
This is a brilliant role for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety, and wants the chance to build wider HR experience over time.

Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Owning end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse range of roles
- Managing candidate pipelines, adverts, interviews and pre‑employment checks
- Providing first‑class support across onboarding, HR documentation and lifecycle admin
- Maintaining accurate HRIS data and helping the team move from manual to automated processes
- Supporting the wider HR team on projects as the function continues to grow
What they’re looking for:
- Experience in recruitment coordination or a similar HR/TA support role
- Someone outgoing, proactive and comfortable asking questions
- Strong stakeholder confidence, able to challenge appropriately and set expectations
- Organised, detail‑focused, and happy working with systems and data
- A team player who enjoys improving processes and suggesting better ways of doing things
A base knowledge of HR is helpful, but the team will support your development in this role. What matters most is your approach, ownership and recruitment support capability!
