Iconic Resourcing HR are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer who can provide a high standard of administration support to the recruitment and engagement function of an organisation who are launching a new approach on how they secure the right people in the right roles at the right time!
Supporting in a wide range of activities across the on-boarding and employee lifecycle and ensuring accurate completion of tasks within agreed timescales, you will also be responsible for progressing on-boarding and updating information on the ATS and other databases as well as providing a high standard of administration to the employee lifecycle through the issuing of correspondence, contracts, and changes to T&Cs.
Day to day you will request references, ensure receipt of right to work documents, process PVG/Disclosure Scotland applications and liaise with candidates to ensure all information is completed and processed within agreed service timescales. You will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment tracking system is up to date, working with recruiters to be the main point of contact for candidates once an offer of employment is made, ensuring that they are kept up to date with progress of their application throughout the on boarding process. You will also liaise with the payroll department to ensure timely receipt and processing of all employee lifecycle documentation, absences, onboarding, family friendly, contract variation and termination paperwork, ensuring all employee files are fully up to date.
We are seeking applications from candidates who have experience of recruitment and/or generalist administration within an HR environment. You will have experience in working with systems that require processing and data entry of a high-volume information with pace, accuracy, and thoroughness. You will also ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards.
Alongside this you will be highly organised in managing a fluctuating workload to meet set timelines with the ability to work on own initiative with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with recruiting managers, internal and external candidates. You will also understand the importance of confidentiality and GDPR in relation to recruitment administration.
