Recruitment Resourcer

£20,000 to £22,000
Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a professional services client who are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, on a 5-month contact initially, with potential for longer term.
Initially supporting the Early Careers Business Partner, you will assist with screening high volumes of CVs, managing recruitment interview schedules, interview set up and registration as well as the maintenance of the recruitment system records to include records including processing candidates from application to offer and ensuring receipt of right to work documents once an offer has been accepted.
You will assist with cyclical and one-off events to include graduate open days and inductions as well as processing any relative invoices. You will also support with any recruitment administration for the wider team, always adhering to the firm’s information security, GDPR, and policies and procedures.
We are seeking applications from candidates who have experience of recruitment and/or generalist administration within an HR environment. You will have experience in working with various databases, be comfortable with high volume data entry and be able to work at pace with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.
