£40,000 – £45,000 plus bonus & car
Iconic Resourcing are proud to be partnering once again with a market-leading organisation as they look to appoint a Regional Account Manager for the Inverness region. If you’re commercially driven, passionate about building strong customer relationships, and excited by the opportunity to lead growth across your own territory, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
Our client supply maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services: bearings, mechanical power transmission, fluid power, tools, metrology, PPE (personal protective equipment), and more.This is a fantastic role for someone who is energised by nurturing existing accounts whilst actively seeking out new business. You’ll play a pivotal part in supporting customers across the manufacturing sector - helping them operate more efficiently by providing value-add solutions across a wide range of products and engineering services.
Working closely with internal specialists, as well as external suppliers and manufacturers, you’ll have real autonomy to shape your patch, develop meaningful relationships, and ultimately make a measurable impact on UK manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with some of the biggest names in manufacturing to ensure they have access to the parts, spares, PPE and tools required to keep operations running smoothly.

Build and nurture relationships across your region, increasing customer spend and identifying opportunities for new business growth.

Work collaboratively with internal product specialists, suppliers and manufacturers to deliver tailored solutions that reduce costs and improve production efficiency for your customers.

Use CRM systems and KPIs to effectively manage your sales pipeline and drive territory performance.
About You
-
Experience in Account Management is essential, with a strong ability to build trust and develop long-standing customer relationships.

Ideally you will have experience in a field based role

A background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade environment would be advantageous, though full training is provided—so don’t let this hold you back.

A proactive team player who enjoys taking ownership, spotting growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will have a relationship and customer led approach to sales.
