Location: Portsmouth with regular travel across South West and South East sites
Hours: Mon–Thu 7:30–4:30pm, Fri 7:30–12:30pm

What you’ll be doing:
- Advising managers on all things HR; from ER cases to performance and policy
- Supporting investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
- Coaching leaders to build confidence in HR processes
- Travelling to sites and building strong relationships on the ground
What we’re looking for:
- Solid HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Confident handling ER cases and influencing stakeholders
- Flexible, proactive and happy to travel regularly
- Tech-savvy with HR systems and MS Office
