As a People Advisor, you'll be at the heart of all people-centric initiatives. This isn't your typical advisory role – it's a chance to be hands-on, strategic, and make a real impact. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and has a passion for continuous learning.
Responsibilities will include:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with both stakeholders and employees.
- Provide HR advice to managers and employees.
- Support business performance through HR initiatives.
- Advise and support on resourcing matters, including recruitment and workforce planning.
- Assist in managing business change processes.
- Coach and support managers in handling employee relations issues, including disciplinary absence and performance management.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes, projects, and lead in engagement, recognition initiatives, rewards, and benefits.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in a People/HR Advisor role.
- Ability to work across the full HR function, including managing your own HR administration and supporting with recruitment when need be.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and up to date legislation relating to the entire employee lifecycle and best practices.
- Full driving licence as there will be travel involved in this role (company car included)
- CIPD qualification is desirable or the appetite to work towards.
