The appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will:
- Support a busy conveyancing department on all legal matters
- Maintain and deepen client and referrer relationships
- Carry out all aspects of the conveyancing process (purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges)
- Draft and revise legal documentation, examine title and address technical queries
- Ensure exceptional client service and regular communication at every stage
- Support and mentor junior team members as needed
About You:
- A qualified Solicitor with a background in residential conveyancing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Adept at building relationships and developing new business opportunities
- A successful track record in the residential conveyancing sector
