Iconic Resourcing HR are working with an established financial services firm in Scotland who are looking for a Workforce Planning Manager to join their team to cover a period of maternity leave. Our client have offices based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Aberdeen.
The Resource Management team acts as a central point of contact to ensure a proactive and flexible approach to staffing. In this role, you will support new work methods, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right tasks at the right time within a growing and dynamic department. You will effectively resource audit clients whilst supporting the delivery of the resourcing and talent strategy. This is a fast-paced role that will involve managing a varied workload and working across multiple offices and stakeholders to achieve results.
We are looking for someone with:
