Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a well-regarded, professional services firm, who are looking for a Resourcing Advisor who will manage the end-to-end recruitment for vacancies across the business with a particular focus on their business services recruitment to include Finance, IT and Risk & Compliance.
Working as part of a small but extremely busy team, you will provide advice and support to Hiring Managers on best recruitment process, attraction strategy, sourcing channels and remuneration. You will create new and build on existing direct candidate channels, recommend shortlists, assist with interviews and negotiate offers. As well as this, you will work closely and consultatively with hiring partners to upskill them on sourcing strategies, reacting to market conditions, interview techniques and marketing of roles.
Alongside this, you will suggest and lead initiatives to build the brand profile, promote employee referral scheme and other direct sourcing across the firm and develop new and innovative methods. You will utilise referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, market mapping and talent banks to reduce recruitment costs however you will also partner with external agencies who understand the brand and can support with sharing the best talent.
You will continue to look for ways to improve operational effectiveness either through HR systems or process changes, which might include ensuring you source talent from the widest possible pool, improving interview scheduling, reviewing selection processes, how they collate and deliver feedback etc. You may also have the opportunity to work on wider HR and Resourcing projects as needed.
We are seeking applications from candidates with proven in-house or agency recruitment experience with a focus on direct sourcing of candidates across multiple disciplines and locations. You will have advanced interviewing skills and be comfortable resourcing at all levels. The ability to prioritise a busy workload in a fast-paced environment is essential along with strong organisational skills to ensure a great candidate and client experience at all times. You will also have experience of utilising social media tools to develop employer brand and candidate sourcing techniques.
