Reward Administrator – Temporary
Approximately 5 months | Immediate start
Open to full time or part time hours
North Lanarkshire | 4 days on site
We're working with a well-established organisation looking to appoint a Temporary Reward Administrator to join its global Reward team based in North Lanarkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, perhaps a recent graduate with an HR-related degree or someone with some office or administration experience who is keen to develop their knowledge of HR and Reward.
You don't need to have worked in Reward before. What's most important is that you're organised, proactive, comfortable working with numbers and data, and have a great eye for detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administration and analyst support across Reward activities, including invoicing.
- Maintaining HR systems, processing changes and supporting general system administration.
- Responding to basic people-related data requests from the wider HR team.
- Helping to maintain accurate and timely Reward reports.
- Working with Excel spreadsheets and data, checking information for accuracy and identifying errors or inconsistencies.
- Supporting general administrative activity across the wider Reward function.
- The organisation is also transitioning to SuccessFactors, giving you the opportunity to gain exposure to a new HR system and learn alongside the team. Previous experience of SuccessFactors isn't required.
What we're looking for
- Previous office or administration experience would be beneficial.
- An HR-related degree or qualification would be advantageous, particularly for a recent graduate.
- A genuine interest in HR, Reward, numbers and data.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Comfortable using Excel and working with spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review information and spot errors or inconsistencies.
- Organised, proactive and able to take instruction.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and confidence asking questions.
