Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with with a UK-wide renovation company looking for a highly organised Sales Administrator in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of interior design in residential and commercial property transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with budgets and tenders.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm quotes, requirements, and ETA’s.
- Support with administrative duties such as preparing calendars, invoices and purchase orders, compliance and order tracking.
- Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to allow for successful project management.
- Help Sales and Account Managers with preparing mockups and quotations for clients and customers.
- Participate in meetings and note taking.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Experience delivering a high standard of customer service in line with their requirements.
- Procurement experience is beneficial but not essential.
- IT skills.
- Motivated team player with strong initiative.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Ability to carry out multiple projects at once in line with priorities.
