Job Title: Sales Support Representative
Location: Perthshire
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Onsite
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Are you an energetic and driven individual with a passion for sales, customer service, and light marketing duties?
We are partnering with Highland Homestyle Ltd, a respected local business, to recruit a Sales Support Representative. The primary focus of this role is supporting sales conversions from both new and existing customers.
You’ll handle enquiries, book appointments, manage orders, and ensure excellent aftercare service. While the marketing duties will be minimal, you’ll still liaise with external marketing partners and handle social media updates and posts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Manage inbound sales enquiries, book sales meetings for consultants, and oversee customer orders.
- Customer Service & Aftercare: Provide exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with customers through aftercare.
- Sales Growth: Proactively follow up with leads and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
- Marketing Support: Liaise with external marketing partners, provide updates, and manage posts on social media channels.
- Upselling: Have conversations that lead to identifying additional sales opportunities and upselling where appropriate.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a natural ability to spot and act on sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with sales processes and comfortable upselling products or services.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms for light marketing duties.
