I am excited to be working with a thriving hospitality company in Glasgow to recruit a Sales Executive to support the growth of their business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales, as no prior experience is required. The role involves helping to generate new business, engaging with clients, and supporting the expansion of the company’s hospitality services. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, allowing the successful candidate to develop their sales skills and grow within the business. This position is ideal for a motivated, ambitious individual with a strong work ethic and an interest in the hospitality sector, eager to contribute to a fast-paced, energetic team in Glasgow.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Research potential clients and engage with key decision-makers to generate new business.
  • Maintain and grow existing B2B accounts while proactively reaching out to potential clients to broaden the portfolio.
  • Deliver customised proposals, negotiate effectively, and convert leads into confirmed clients.
  • Work closely with the senior team to identify untapped markets and develop strategies for expansion.
  • Keep track of leads, follow up consistently, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Ensure smooth processing of deposits and payments, assisting clients as needed to guarantee seamless experiences.
  • Engage in ongoing coaching and guidance to exceed targets and enhance personal sales capabilities.

 

Key Requirements
  • Ability to research and approach new prospects, generate interest, and introduce tailored offerings effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to handle inbound and outbound leads, pitch solutions, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to uncover new opportunities, align on strategy, and grow the client base.
  • Comfortable attending meetings and industry events to build rapport and represent the company professionally.
  • Track leads, monitor payments, and manage follow-ups to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Strong commercial awareness, competitive spirit, and ambition to achieve financial targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain a strong work ethic under pressure, and ideally, have an interest in sports and live events.
