Following discussions with the Global Finance Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate to collaborate closely with both the Finance & HR functions across the business that underpin the delivery of the key objectives of the function.

Reporting directly into the Global Finance Director, the Global Finance Support position will provide an opportunity for an individual to have exposure to the full operational running of a finance function of a Global Network, supported by a study package to enable an accounting qualification to be gained. Key areas of the role will surround:
● Provide specific support to the Moore Global Finance Director in the management in both Accounts Payable and Receivable processes. Examples of activities will include:
· Processing Purchase and Sales Invoices
· Management of New Suppliers / Customer Set Up
· Dealing with Customer / Supplier queries
● Responsibility for Key Financial Control Processes, including:
· Raising / Approving Bank and Foreign Currency payments
· Processing Payroll Payments
· Reconciling bank accounts and other balance sheet control accounts (eg suspense)
· Management of Withholding Tax Arrangements
· Supporting Treasury management activities
● Delivery of Regular Reporting and Analysis
· Produce regular monthly reporting on specific spend areas
· Analysing Data / Produce Variance Analysis and ad-hoc reporting as required
· Provide support and input for budgeting / forecasting
● Provide specific support in relation to HR administration
· Management of new start process
· Provide HR administration support as required
· Co-ordination of participation in staff benefit schemes
● Play a key role in the implementation of continuous improvement and automation of finance processes and systems, which initially include:
· Develop and manage uploads into Xero General Ledger
· Transformation of payment processes across finance systems platform
· Development and embedding of Treasury Management processes
· Supporting the development of new workflow activities
· Enhancement of Conference / Event Finance Processes
● Demonstrate proficiency in key tools (MS Office, SharePoint, MS Forms, Finance software) to support the following:
· Development of system uploads across the platform
· Co-ordination and production of finance reports
· Support for collaboration within the SharePoint domain
This role will be on a remote basis with plenty of support from their dedicated Finance team, and is open to candidates who are either looking to embark on their professional qualifications, or to those who are working their way through (AAT, ACCA, CIMA).

You will have experience in working within a fast-paced environment with ever-changing needs, alongside the ability to manage your own workload and effectively manage your time. You will also have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and trusted stakeholder relationships, working with confidentiality and discretion. Pursuing or aiming to attain an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA).
