What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of audit clients, building long-term relationships and delivering high-quality, insightful work that goes beyond the basics. You’ll manage complex audits end-to-end, resolve technical issues, and project-manage assignments with confidence and clarity.
You’ll mentor and develop your team, setting the standard for excellence while creating an environment where people feel supported to grow. You’ll also play an active role in wider departmental initiatives, from training to pitching and leading new projects, ensuring your voice helps shape the future direction of the service line.
What you’ll need
• Professional qualification: ACA / ICAS / CA / ACCA / CIPFA (with post-qualification experience)
• Experience managing a substantial audit portfolio
• Knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102, with IFRS experience desirable
• Background in handling complex technical matters and project-managing audit engagements
• Strong familiarity with audit software and Microsoft applications
