Are you a seasoned Finance Business Analyst with a flair for process improvement and stakeholder engagement? Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a prominent organisation at the forefront of the UK’s energy market, in seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll partner with senior finance and service stakeholders to map, evaluate, and enhance the operational framework of the client’s finance delivery model.

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects while earning a highly competitive day rate (inside IR35). The role is based hybrid from the organisation's Glasgow city centre office.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategic Solution Design: Develop and propose innovative solutions aligned with the future ERP blueprint.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present findings, recommendations, and updates to senior leadership teams and project stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize financial services processes and systems.

  • Experience in a highly regulated industry or public body.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven expertise in process improvement, data analysis, and solution design.
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

This is not just another contract role; it’s an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the UK’s energy future while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the sector. With an attractive day rate and the flexibility of an initial 6-month engagement, this position offers both challenge and reward.
