Senior HR Advisor
Full Time, Permanent (hybrid/flexible working available)

Salary up to £40,000 + excellent benefits
Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a leading industrial business who are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent full time basis.
As part of a small team, you will operate as a Generalist and be involved in all aspects of HR to include recruitment and selection, employee relations, learning & development, payroll and rewards.
Day to day you will:
- Provide advice and support to employees and line managers in line with company policies, values and employment legislation
- Partner with line managers to provide support on employee relations cases, including absence management, grievances, disciplinaries and performance management
- Produce and analyse HR data and reports
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and projects where required
- Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy
- Management of weekly and monthly payrolls
- Working with HR Manager and wider people team to review and improve existing HR processes and procedures
We are looking to speak with candidates who have a strong HR Generalist background with sound UK employment law knowledge. You will have experience in managing and leading on complex ER cases and the ability to build strong, collaborative business relationships to help influence change.
