Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting M & D Green Group in their search for a stand-alone Senior HR Advisor, who will be responsible for all transactional aspects of the employee lifecycle and being the first point of contact for all people related matters.
- Manage queries from both managers and employees, supporting with the resolution of people management issues to include attendance, disciplinary, grievance and performance management
- Assume responsibility for the full end-to-end processing of the employee lifecycle to include maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance
- Produce a variety of HR and Recruitment reports such as absence, holidays, recruitment, and any other statistical information as required
- Partner with the senior management team, advising on the full recruitment cycle to include vacancy advertisement, processing applications, arranging interviews, managing interview feedback and presenting offers of employment.
- Preparation of contractual documentation (offers of employment, amendments to terms & conditions)
- Completion of pre-employment checks to meet current legislation and right to work requirements.
- Managing the onboarding process for new starts
- Support with payroll queries and provide information such as new starters, leavers and any changes
- Develop processes, procedures and policies
Iconic are seeking applications from candidates with:
- Demonstratable experience operating at HR Advisor level, ideally in a similar, stand-alone role
- Capable of supporting with HR policies, procedures, and people management issues
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and trusted stakeholder relationships
- You will ideally be CIPD qualified, however this is not essential
