We're partnering with a large, established organisation to appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its senior People team.
Operating as the HR Business Partner Lead, you'll combine strategic partnering with leadership responsibility, leading and developing a team of HR Business Partners while working closely with senior stakeholders to shape people priorities and deliver organisational objectives.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience operating as a strategic Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner Lead or similar senior partnering role.
- Experience leading and developing a team of HR Business Partners within a complex organisation.
- A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering commercially focused people solutions.
- The confidence to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic priorities with operational leadership.
- Strong commercial judgement, excellent relationship building skills and the credibility to challenge and influence at senior level.
