Senior Information Coordinator
Edinburgh (4 days onsite and 1 from home)

Iconic Resourcing is partnering with a leading construction and infrastructure organisation to appoint an Information Coordinator to join their team and work on a new and exciting project in Edinburgh, This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for digital ways of working and information quality, who is keen to build on their experience within a progressive, forward-thinking environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the effective management of project information across a range of complex projects. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you’ll help ensure information is managed consistently, compliantly, and in line with industry standards such as ISO 19650. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys structure, detail, and collaboration, and who takes pride in helping projects run smoothly through strong information governance.
The role:

Supporting the management of project information throughout the full project lifecycle

Maintaining and administering Common Data Environments (CDEs)

Ensuring information is accurate, compliant, and issued in line with agreed protocols

Acting as a key point of contact for project teams and external stakeholders on information processes

Supporting and guiding users in digital systems and best practice

Contributing to reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives

Working collaboratively with colleagues across projects and the wider business
What we are looking for:

Experience working with digital document or information management systems (e.g. Viewpoint, Asite, 4Projects or similar)

An understanding of structured information management and quality assurance

Strong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders

A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach

Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

A collaborative mindset and willingness to support and train others
