Reporting to the Head of Learning & Professional Development, you’ll combine learning design and delivery with a strong interest in technology, helping shape how people learn, develop and work.

- Exploring how AI and emerging technology can improve learning and productivity.
- Supporting and mentoring a developing member of the L&D team.

- LMS experience is advantageous; Articulate Rise is desirable but not essential.
A genuinely varied opportunity with scope to shape learning across the organisation, influence senior stakeholders and take on broader responsibility as the function evolves.
