What’s the Opportunity?
Iconic Resourcing presents a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Payroll Executive to join one of our established clients in Stirling.
This is an exciting time to join the company as they continue to grow rapidly whilst consistently delivering real value to their clients.
If you enjoy managing a fast-paced and dynamic workload, working with a variety of clients across a range of industries and being continually supported by a friendly, experienced and close-knit team, then this role could be for you.

There will also be scope for flexible/hybrid working (2-3 days likely working from home). For those that seek career development, there are great opportunities with most of the management team having grown organically.
How will you fit?
Ideally for this role you would:
- Have some experience working in a busy payroll department, ideally in a bureau environment
- Have a strong delivery mindset and a commitment to delivering the best service for our customers
- Have a desire and ability to build strong relationships throughout the business
- Have an ability to work to pace but maintain attention to detail
- Identify as a true team player with a desire to work and contribute to a close-knit, driven team
- Have a strong competency for Excel (however training will be provided and it’s not essential for success in role)
- STAR experience would be very advantageous but absolutely isn’t essential and training will be provided in role
You’ll add value to the Payroll team by:
- End to end processing on a variety of frequencies in accordance with payroll legislation & ensuring you and the team work together to achieve those all-important pay roll deadlines.
- Processing clients’ new starters and leavers
- Helping to prepare the payroll related reports and relevant payroll documentation
- Supporting client queries – providing the best customer service in a confident/efficient quality-driven manner
- Submitting year-round requirements
- Liaising with HMRC
- Managing compliance in line with enrolment guidelines
