£42,000-45,000 + Car Allowance
Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be partnering with a Glasgow based, family-owned construction firm who are looking to recruit a Senior People Advisor on a fixed term basis, covering maternity leave for 12 months.
Working collaboratively with the wider people team, the Senior People Advisor will support employee relations nationally across the group as a first point of contact in a standalone role. You will have the opportunity to be involved in business partnering activities across Scotland & North England.
The Senior People Advisor is the first point of contact for stakeholders nationally to support and coach on day-to-day people management. This includes advising on ER cases of varying complexity, absence management, performance management and change programmes.
We are looking for someone with a background in a generalist advisory/business partner role who is confident in managing complex employee relations case work. You will have strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise a busy workload and be able to use your own initiative. This is a fast-paced role so being able to manage multiple tasks and complete these to a high standard is imperative.
