Senior Solicitor / Associate – Disease Team
Salary: £44,500 to £55,500 + Benefits

We are working with one of Scotland’s leading and most respected personal injury firms as they look to appoint a Senior Solicitor or Associate to join their Disease Team in Glasgow. The Role
You’ll play an important part in supporting individuals affected by workplace related lung disease and respiratory conditions, handling complex and meaningful work on behalf of clients. You’ll manage your own caseload and collaborate closely with experienced litigators across the business.
Your work will include:

Managing a varied caseload of pre-litigation and litigation matters

Handling cases in ASPIC and the Court of Session

Conducting liability investigations and gathering witness statements

Liaising with and instructing medical experts

Drafting legal documents, including writs

Consulting with Counsel and representing clients in court

Contributing to the development of junior team members and trainees
