Senior Solicitor / Associate - Dispute Resolution
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £47,000 to £65,000 plus Bonus and Benefits
A well established Scottish litigation firm are looking to add a Senior Solicitor to Senior Associate into their Glasgow based Dispute Resolution team.
The firm has a long standing and genuinely down to earth team, I often describe them as lacking in ego! People tend to stay long term and they've managed to strike a balance between good quality work that offers opportunity for progression, but remaining a tight knit team that has a really positive work life balance.
You will handle a varied caseload of disputes including property, debt recovery, housing and contract matters. There will be good exposure to litigation including drafting, raising and progressing Sheriff Court actions, settlement negotiations and client meetings.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in dispute resolution and be 2+ years PQE. You should have a strong desire to continue developing your career in this area of work and be comfortable managing your own caseload.
