Senior Solicitor – Commercial Property
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid/Flexible Working)
Salary: £50,000 - £63,000 + Benefits
We are delighted to be partnering with a progressive and highly regarded independent Scottish law firm to recruit a Senior Solicitor into their growing Commercial Property team based in Edinburgh.

The Role
You will advise a broad range of commercial clients across a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and real estate finance transactions.
The role will involve drafting and negotiating missives, leases, options and development agreements, examining title, preparing certificates of title and supporting clients through complex commercial property transactions.
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will also work collaboratively with wider colleagues across the business, support and mentor more junior team members and contribute towards wider business development and client relationship activity.

About You
The firm is keen to hear from Solicitors with 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property gained within a reputable private practice environment.
You will be a confident communicator with strong technical skills and a client-focused, pragmatic approach.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous, alongside the ability to manage a varied workload independently while contributing positively to the wider team environment.
The successful candidate will be commercially aware, personable and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
