We’re looking for a Service Desk Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams - keeping communication flowing and ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:

Answering inbound calls and providing a professional first impression

Logging service tickets accurately and prioritising appropriately

Routing queries to the right teams quickly and efficiently

Managing customer updates and expectations

Handling busy periods and escalations with confidence
