Job Purpose:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 1 – 3+ years post-qualification experience who is eager to dive into the heart of charity law within either the firms Glasgow or Edinburgh offices.

Core Tasks:
Your role will be rich and varied, including:
- Crafting and refining charity constitutions.
- Preparing OSCR applications for various charity processes.
- Advising on governance and regulatory compliance.
- Managing grant-giving charity administration.
- Delivering philanthropy guidance to high-net-worth individuals.
- Engaging in proactive business development for the team.
- Upholding the firms commitment to information security.
Person Specification & Skills:
We seek an individual who:
- Possesses 1 – 3+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for those familiar with charity, corporate, or private client sectors.
- Radiates a genuine passion for the third sector.
- Is prepared to expand their skillset and grow within the firm.
- Demonstrates unwavering dedication to exceptional client service.
- Understands and anticipates the unique needs of our key clients.
- Is committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry developments.
