We’re partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit a talented Solicitor to join their Property & Construction Litigation team.
About the Role
You’ll be working across a varied and high-quality caseload, supporting senior colleagues and advising clients on a broad range of property and construction disputes. The work includes:

Advising on complex property contract disputes, landlord and tenant issues, title and boundary matters, servitudes, rights of way, and property-related debt recovery.

Acting on telecoms disputes under the Electronic Communications Code (ECC).

Handling contentious construction matters, including post-completion defects claims and professional indemnity work.

Collaborating closely with colleagues across the wider property and infrastructure teams.
This role offers exposure to technically challenging work, excellent client contact, and the opportunity to develop both your advocacy skills and commercial expertise within a supportive environment.
What You’ll Bring

2+ PQE, ideally with experience in property litigation and/or contentious construction.

Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to manage your own caseload under guidance.

Excellent communication and advocacy skills, with enthusiasm for court and tribunal work.

A proactive, commercially minded approach to problem-solving.

Strong organisational and time management skills.
