We have partnered with a leading international law firm as they look to appoint an NQ or Junior Associate to join their Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team in Edinburgh.

The Role
You'll join a growing and successful team acting on behalf of insurers, commercial organisations and public bodies across a broad range of catastrophic injury and large loss matters.
Your work will include:

Assisting with the management of complex and high-value personal injury claims.

Supporting senior lawyers and partners on catastrophic injury and large loss cases.

Handling your own caseload of litigated personal injury matters.

Conducting investigations, taking witness statements and reviewing medical evidence.

Advising clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy.

Drafting court documents, legal submissions and client reports.

Managing cases proactively and ensuring compliance with court timetables.

Attending client meetings and contributing to the delivery of exceptional client service.

Supporting business development and networking initiatives across the wider team.
What We're Looking For

Newly Qualified Solicitor or up to 2 years' PQE.

Experience in personal injury litigation, either during traineeship or post-qualification.

A genuine interest in catastrophic injury, large loss and insurance litigation work.
