If so, we are actively seeking a proactive Solicitor/ Sr Solicitor to join an accomplished Commercial Litigation team. This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced litigator to take charge of intricate commercial disputes and elevate their career within a thriving legal practice.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Competently, professionally, efficiently, and cost-effectively handle workloads with minimal supervision to achieve client and firm objectives.
Advise clients on the validity of their cases and provide risk/benefit analysis for settlement or dispute progression.
Gather evidence and witnesses to bolster the client's position and develop strategic case plans.
Initiate court proceedings or engage in alternative dispute resolution processes.
Act as a representative at hearings and case management conferences on behalf of clients.
Swiftly and accurately instruct counsel, actively participating in briefing meetings.
Represent clients in sheriff court, proofs, and debates.
Efficiently and accurately draft legal pleadings.
Conduct research and provide advice on various dispute areas, including insolvency, construction, property, and company/commercial matters.
Proactively manage financial aspects for both individual and team matters, ensuring accurate time recording and timely fee processing.
Contribute constructively to the work of fellow team members in the Litigation division and participate in delivering technical training within the division.
Stay up to date with changes in case law and relevant legislative updates.
