Key Duties

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across scientific, engineering and specialist technical roles.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers, challenging and guiding them where needed.

Proactively source niche talent through market mapping, networking and direct search.

Improve and streamline the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Support wider talent initiatives, including pipeline development and early‑career engagement.
Requirements

Proven experience recruiting within a scientific, engineering or highly technical environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior technical leaders.

Confident handling niche, hard‑to‑fill vacancies with full ownership of the recruitment cycle.

Ability to translate technical language into clear, engaging job adverts and candidate comms.

Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace in a growing environment.
