Are you passionate about shaping careers, developing talent, and driving a culture of growth? We’re looking for a Talent & Development Manager to lead learning and development, early careers, and talent initiatives across the organisation.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in designing and delivering people strategies that truly make a difference. You’ll lead a small team, work closely with senior leaders, and ensure our people have the skills, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering a forward-thinking learning & development strategy.
  • Leading our early careers and NextGen programmes, including Investors in People & Investors in Young People.
  • Creating impactful onboarding and leadership development initiatives.
  • Building strong partnerships with managers, leaders, and external training providers.
  • Supporting employee engagement and succession planning, making sure our people are set up for success.
  • Coaching and guiding leaders to unlock the best in their teams.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record in L&D and talent development.
  • A strong people leader who can inspire and develop others.
  • Experienced in designing and embedding impactful development programmes.
  • Skilled communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and data-driven, using insights to inform strategy.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about helping people reach their potential.
