Shape the direction of service delivery while establishing yourself as a recognised leader in one of the firm’s fastest-growing and most commercially critical areas. You’ll take ownership of complex client engagements, shape risk and control frameworks, and play a visible role in developing a modern, forward-looking advisory offering.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than delivery. You’ll be trusted to lead, to grow relationships, and to contribute to the strategic direction of the team. With increasing demand for technology risk, cyber resilience, and controls assurance, you’ll be well positioned to accelerate your career while working in a flexible, supportive environment.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead the delivery of technology risk and assurance engagements across a varied client base, advising on areas such as IT controls, governance, cyber risk, and operational resilience. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping them understand risk exposure and implement practical, commercially focused solutions.
Alongside client delivery, you’ll play a key role in developing the service line, contributing to new business opportunities, shaping propositions, and building your market presence. You’ll also lead and mentor team members, ensuring high standards of delivery while supporting their development and progression.
What you’ll need
• Strong experience in technology risk, IT audit, or risk advisory within a professional services environment
• Proven ability to lead engagements and manage senior client relationships
• Experience across areas such as IT controls, cyber risk, governance, or operational resilience
• Track record of contributing to business development and growing client accounts
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical risk into commercial insight
• Relevant qualifications such as CISA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent are desirable
About the company
You’ll be joining a leading UK accountancy and advisory firm with a strong presence in the mid-market and a growing focus on technology-led advisory services. The firm combines national scale with a collaborative, people-first culture that gives senior individuals the space to make an impact.
With continued investment in its risk and advisory offering, clear progression pathways, and flexible working, this is an environment where you can build your reputation, expand your expertise, and play a key role in the growth of a high-demand service line.
