Base Salary £25,000 with OTE £50,000
Our client is seeking highly motivated and results-driven telesales representatives to join their sales & service team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service. As a telesales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales goals, by meeting and exceeding our sales targets and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities

2. If needed, schedule and conduct follow-up calls to address any questions or concerns.
3. To process all relevant paperwork to ensure the installation can take place (for example the direct debit mandate), and accurately enter & update customer information in the CRM system.
4. Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, competitors' offerings, customer insights and provide this feedback to the wider teams to help improve the training &/or product offering.
5. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions.
6. Outbound calls to different audiences may be needed from time to time. For example, this could be to promote products and services to existing customers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
• Ability to MS office, as well as CRM software and other sales tools.

Personal Attributes
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
