Temporary HR Advisor
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Position: HR Advisor (Temporary - 4-6 weeks)
Role:
As an integral part of the HR Team, you’ll support and drive various projects across the site, collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage agency and permanent hiring processes, from arranging interviews to onboarding.
- Electronic Files: Create and maintain electronic HR files.
- Employee Relations: Handle 1st level disciplinary and absence management cases, and take notes at hearings.
- Project Work: Assist the HR team with annual objectives and projects.
Requirements:
- Previous HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
