HR Advisor Job | Glasgow | Part-Time | Hybrid Working
Salary equivalent: £28,000–£30,000 DOE (pro rata)
20–25 hours per week | Flexible working | Hybrid model
I’m currently supporting a well-known values-led organisation within the charity and mental health sector with a new HR Advisor job based in Glasgow.
This HR job offers excellent flexibility and would suit an experienced HR professional seeking meaningful work within a people-focused environment.
The successful candidate will support managers with day-to-day employee relations matters and operational HR activity. This is a varied HR Advisor job with exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
▪ Supporting managers with absence, conduct, wellbeing and performance matters
▪ Delivering practical and commercially focused HR advice
▪ Supporting recruitment, onboarding and resourcing activity
▪ Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
▪ Attending formal meetings and completing occasional minute taking
To be considered for this HR Advisor job, you should have:
▪ Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisory or HR Officer role
▪ Strong ER knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
▪ Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
▪ A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
▪ CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
